2 Method summary

3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, use the analytical reagent, ultra-pure water.
3.1 Methanol. HPLC grade.
3.2 acetonitrile. HPLC grade.
3.3 ammonium acetate.
3.4 over anhydrous sodium sulfate.
3.5 ethyl acetate.
3.6 ammonia.
3.7 isopropanol.
3.8 formic acid.
3.9 hydrochloric acid.
3.10 β- hydrochloric acid glucuronide glycoside enzyme - aryl sulfatase. hydrochloric acid containing β- glucuronidase enzyme glycosides 134600u/mL, arylsulfatase
5200u/mL.
3.11 ammonium acetate buffer solution. 0.02mol/L, pH = 5.2. Weigh 1.54g of ammonium acetate were dissolved in 900mL of water, adjusted with glacial acetic acid
To pH to 5.2 ± 0.1, and finally diluted to 1L, stored at 4 ℃, used within a month.
3.12 ethyl acetate - isopropyl alcohol (5 + 1, volume ratio). Measure 1000mL of ethyl acetate and 200mL isopropanol solution, and mix.
3.13 acetonitrile - aqueous ammonia (98 + 2, volume ratio). Measure 98mL of acetonitrile, and 2mL of ammonia and mix. Configuration before use.
3.14 hydrochloric acid solution (0.1mol/L). exact amount of 17mL of hydrochloric acid (3.9), diluted with water to 1L.
