1 Scope

2 Method summary
Sample residues fluroxypyr, dithiopyr piperidine, diflufenzopyr pyridine and thiophene grass extracted with acetonitrile, dried SupelcleanC18 SPE net
Technology, using liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry and confirmed, external standard.
3 reagent material
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade, water is deionized water.
3.1 acetonitrile. chromatography.
3.2 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
3.3 formic acid. Chromatographic pure.
3.4 sodium chloride.
3.5 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution. Imbibe 1mL acid, transferred into a 1000mL volumetric flask with water to volume, and mix well.
3.6 0.1% formic acid - methanol (50 + 50, by volume). amount of 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution (3.5) 500mL to 1000mL volumetric flask with
Methanol to volume, and mix well.
3.7 pyridine herbicides standards. fluroxypyr (C7H5C12FN2O3, CASN o. 69377-81-7), dithiopyr pyridine (C15H12F2N4O3,
CASN o... 97886-45-8), thiophene grass pyridine (C16H17F5N2O2S, CASN o. 117718-60-2), greater than 99% purity. Diflufenzopyr
(C15H16F5NO2S2, CASN o. 109293-97-2) as the standard liquid, at a concentration of 10mg/L, the solvent is acetonitrile.
3.8 standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of fluroxypyr, dithiopyr pyridine, thiophene grass pyridine were dissolved in methanol and set the volume to brown volumetric flask
