3 Method summary
After the sample digestion, measured spectral intensity in the corresponding element ICP-AES wavelength, using the standard curve quantification.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were pure class distinctions, test water should meet the two water GB/T 6682 stipulated.
4.1 nitrate.
4.2 nitric acid solution (1 + 9). the amount of 10mL of nitric acid (4.1) diluted with water to 100mL.
4.3 single element standard stock solution. each element standard solution according to GB/T 602 method of preparation, or directly using a standard substance, its concentration
Are 1000μg/mL.
4.4 mixed standard solution. Pipette 1.0mL respectively lead, arsenic, calcium single-element standard stock solution (4.3) into 1000mL volumetric flask
Diluted nitric acid solution (4.2) and dilute to the mark, mix shift to clean polyethylene bottle containing the solution were
