Carprofen, ketoprofen, tolfenamic acid, meloxicam, flunixin, ibuprofen, fenoprofen, mefenamic acid, naproxen, diclofenac, piroxicam
Kang, diflunisal, flurbiprofen, nabumetone, sulindac, tolmetin, indomethacin and phenylbutazone residues detected.
2 Method summary
Samples were extracted with acetonitrile remaining non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, after n-hexane to remove fat, liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry,
External standard.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise noted, all reagents were of analytical grade, water is deionized water or equivalent purity.
3.1 acetonitrile. HPLC fractions.
3.2 hexane. HPLC fractions.
3.3 Methanol. HPLC fractions.
3.4 formic acid. HPLC fractions.
3.5 ammonium acetate.
3.6 anhydrous sodium. 650 ℃ burning 4h, placed in a desiccator.
