1 Scope
This standard specifies the target ports of entry AIDS counseling, contents, methods and processes.
This standard applies to the AIDS Advisory ports of entry.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

Is seeking confidential conversation and consultation between the counselors, the purpose is to seek consultation of AIDS prevention and control access to professional help and psychological,

3 Principles Consulting
AIDS counseling should follow confidentiality, respect, non-judgmental, inspiration and self-determination, information and adhere to the principles of professional ethics.

5 Basic requirements
5.1 Requirements consulting room
