1 Scope
This standard specifies the royal jelly spiramycin, tilmicosin, oleandomycin, tylosin, erythromycin, roxithromycin, josamycin residues

2 Method summary
Protein samples were precipitated with methanol in phosphate buffered saline medium, then C18 SPE column purification, liquid chromatography-tandem
Mass spectrometry, external standard.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade, double distilled water.
3.1 acetonitrile. HPLC fractions.
3.2 Methanol. HPLC fractions.
3.3 formic acid. HPLC fractions.
3.4 sodium hydroxide.
3.5 sodium dihydrogen phosphate.
3.6 0.1mol/L sodium hydroxide solution. Weigh 4g of sodium hydroxide, and diluted with water to 1L.
Aqueous methanol 3.7. methanol - water (8 + 2, volume ratio).
3.8 Phosphate buffer solution. 13.8g of sodium dihydrogen phosphate were dissolved in 950mL water and extracted with 0.1moL/L aqueous sodium hydroxide solution to adjust the solution
pH to 8.0, and finally diluted with water to 1L.
3.9 spiramycin, tilmicosin, oleandomycin phosphate, tylosin tartrate, erythromycin, roxithromycin, josamycin Standard. Pure
Greater than equal to 95%, see Appendix A, Table A. 1.
3.10 7 kinds of macrolides standard stock solution. Weigh the right amount of standard (3.9) were dissolved in methanol solution at a concentration of 100μg/mL,
1 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ refrigerator. Valid for three months.
3.11 standard solution. A standard solution diluted according to need to use the blank sample solution to 2.5ng/mL, 5ng/mL, 10ng/mL,
50ng/mL, mixed standard working solution 100ng/mL, equivalent to a sample containing 5μg/kg, 10μg/kg, 20μg/kg,
100μg/kg, 200μg/kg macrolide.
3.12 C18 SPE column, 500mg, or rather who, prior to use successively with 5mL methanol, 5mL water pre-wash.
