1 Scope

3 Method summary

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, all reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 tylosin detection kit (see Appendix A).
4.2 heptane sulfonate buffer solution. Weigh 10.1g heptane sulfonate [CH3 (CH2) 6SO3Na], 11.4g sodium phosphate (Na3PO4 ·
12H2O) dissolved in water and made up to 1L, with phosphoric acid to adjust the pH to 2.0.
4.3 phosphate buffer solution. Weigh sodium phosphate (Na2HPO3 · 12H2O) 34g, dissolved in water and made up to 1L, pH was adjusted to 8.0.
4.4 HLB cartridge, Oasis (or equivalent), 3mL (60mg).
4.5 tylosin Standard. 98% or greater purity.
4.6 tylosin preparation of standard solution. methanol as the solvent formulated to 400μg/mL of the stock solution at -20 ℃ conditions

5. Apparatus
5.1 microplate reader.
5.2 eight pipettes. 10μL ~ 100μL.
