3 Method summary
This standard TCA to precipitate the protein and royal jelly extract residues of chloramphenicol, and then HLB purification. Microplates
Coated with sheep anti-rabbit IgG antibody was added specific antibody (rabbit anti-chloramphenicol antibody), an enzyme-labeled chloramphenicol, chloramphenicol reference sample or standard
After taking liquid, with specific antibody coated sheep anti-rabbit IgG antibody, while the free enzyme-labeled chloramphenicol and chloramphenicol competitive and special
Specific antibody binding. Remove unbound enzyme-labeled chloramphenicol and chloramphenicol by washing, followed by addition of chromogenic substrate, the absorbance was measured with a microplate reader
Degrees, according to the absorbance of the sample is worth chloramphenicol content.
