Import and export of aquatic products in the amount of residual carbon monoxide
Test methods Gas Chromatography
1 Scope
This standard specifies the aquatic carbon monoxide (CO) residues of sampling, sample preparation and gas chromatographic method.
This standard applies to tuna, tilapia, salmon, carbon monoxide (CO) residual amount of test.
2 Sampling
2.1 Inspection Lot
The same species, the marine environment or culture environment, harvesting time and processing conditions are basically the same product, with no more than 1000 as a subject
Test batch.
The same commodity inspection lot should have the same features, such as packing, mark, origin, specification and grade.
2.2 Number of samples
The number of samples in Table 1.
Table 1 Number of Sampling
Batch/piece minimum number of samples (packages)
1 to 1503
151 to 5008
501 to 100 015
2.3 Sampling mode
Sampling of the number of packages specified at random, and to ensure that the sample size is not less than 400g, and labeled, placed in the freezer sampling boxes, and
When sent to the laboratory.
2.4 Sample Storage
The samples were stored frozen at -18 ℃ below.
3 Determination
3.1 Method summary
Samples of carbon monoxide in an acidic medium, quantitative release of equilibrium is reached, the gas was taken into the gas chromatograph by armor
Alkyl converter, converted to methane, were detected using a flame ionization detector.
Reaction equation.
CO + 3H2
350 ℃ ~ 380 ℃
Ni
→ catalyst CH4 + H2O
3.2 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, reagents were analytical pure, distilled water.
3.2.1 sulfuric acid solution. 20% (volume fraction).
3.2.2 1-octanol.
3.2.3 Carbon monoxide standard gas. purity of greater than 99.9%.
3.2.4 Argon. purity of greater than 99.9%.
