4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade, water as a secondary water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 ammonium dihydrogen phosphate.
4.2 phosphoric acid.
Citric acid 4.3 standard. not less than 99.5% purity.
4.4 fumarate standards. purity not less than 99.5%.
4.5 lactic acid standard stock solution. preparation and calibration methods, see Appendix A.
4.6 citric acid standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of citric acid standard, dubbed dissolved in water and the concentration of 10.0mg/mL standard

4.7 fumaric acid standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of fumaric acid standard, dubbed dissolved in water and the concentration of 1.0mg/mL of standard stock

4.8 mixed standard stock solution. Take lactic acid standard solution 25mL, 25mL standard solution of citric acid and fumaric acid 2.5mL standard solution
