Polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ethers in electrical and electronic products
Determination of Part 5. High Performance Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry
1 Scope
This part of SN/T 2005 specifies high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry for polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ethers in electrical and electronic products.
(HPLC/MS-MS) assay method.
This section applies to the determination of polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ethers in electrical and electronic products.
2 Method summary
After ultrasonic extraction, the samples were analyzed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry and quantified by external standard method.
3 reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used were of analytical grade and the water was distilled water.
3.1 Toluene. chromatographically pure.
3.2 Methanol. Chromatographically pure.
3.3 Isopropanol. chromatographically pure.
3.4 Polybrominated biphenyls standard solution.
3.5 Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) standard solution.
3.6 Preparation of standard solution
Transfer the appropriate volume of standard solution of PBB and PBDE at a concentration of 50μg/mL, dilute with isopropyl alcohol, and configure to the desired concentration.
Standard solution of degree.
4 Instruments and equipment
4.1 Liquid Chromatography-Tandr Mass Spectrometry (HPLC/MS-MS), APCI ion source.
4.2 Ultrasonic extractor.
4.3 Sample Crusher.
4.4 Centrifuge.
5 sample preparation
The sample separated in the electrical and electronic products is cut into small pieces, and after liquid nitrogen is frozen, it is pulverized into a particle size of less than 1 mm by a sample pulverizer.
Particles.
6 Analysis steps
6.1 Extraction of PBB狊 and PBDE狊
Accurately weigh 0.5g (accurate to 0.1mg) of the pulverized sample in a glass centrifuge tube, add 5.0mL of toluene (3.1), ultrasonic extraction
After 12 min, it was filtered into a 5.0 mL volumetric flask and made up to volume with toluene (3.1). Pipette 100 μL of sample extract and dilute to the mobile phase to
1.0 mL, filtered through a 0.45 μm filter, and determined by HPLC/MS-MS.
The method does not need to be purified, and the sample liquid can be purified by excessive impurities, and the extraction and purification methods are shown in Appendix A.
