Part 3.Gas heating water heater
1 Scope
This section specifies the technical requirements, inspection and result determination methods for imported gas-fired gas-fired water heaters.
This section applies to the rated heat input is less than or equal to 70kW, the maximum heating working water pressure is less than or equal to 0.3MPa, and the water temperature is not large during operation.
At 95℃, it is a dual-purpose appliance for heating and hot water using atmospheric burners or fan-assisted burners or full premixed burners. It is also suitable for
Single heating appliance.
This section does not apply to the following appliances.
--Natural exhaust flue type, outdoor type appliances;
--Condensing appliances;
-Volumetric appliances;
- Appliances with two independent combustion systems used for heating and hot water in the same enclosure, including appliances with a common flue between the two.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in GB 20665-2015, GB 25034-2010 and SN/T 0002.1-2012 apply to this
file.
3.1
Mode of sampling inspection
According to the compulsory requirements of national technical regulations, the conformity assessment activities of sampling, inspection and inspection of import and export commodities are implemented batch by batch or selected batches.
3.2
Mode of compliance verification
According to the mandatory requirements of the national technical specifications, check whether the inspection documents and vouchers and the goods are in conformity, and random inspections can be carried out if necessary.

Inspection lot
Unit products produced under the same production conditions of the same specification and model assembled for the implementation of inspections are referred to as "batch" for short.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Safety requirements
The safety requirements of imported gas-fired heating water heaters should meet the requirements of Chapter 5 and Chapter 9 of GB 25034-2010.
4.2 Performance requirements
The performance requirements of imported gas-fired heating water heaters shall meet the requirements of Chapter 6 of GB 25034-2010.
4.3 Energy efficiency requirements
The energy efficiency limit value of imported gas-fired heating water heaters should meet the requirements of Article 4.3 of GB 20665-2015.
5 Inspection
5.1 The choice of inspection supervision mode
The inspection and supervision mode of imported gas-fired heating water heaters shall be based on the relevant national regulations and select the sampling inspection mode or
Compliance verification mode.
5.2 Inspection method
The inspection methods under different inspection supervision modes are.
--Sampling inspection mode. conformity verification, random sampling inspection;
--Conformity verification mode. conformity verification out-of-box inspection.
5.3 Sampling inspection
5.3.1 The lottery rate shall not be less than 1%. 3 units are sampled in each batch, and all batches of less than 3 units are sampled.
5.3.2 The items, contents and methods of sampling inspection are shown in Table 1.
5.4 Unpacking inspection
5.4.1 The lottery rate shall not be less than 5%. 3 units are sampled in each batch, and all batches of less than 3 units are sampled.
5.4.2 The items, contents and methods of unpacking inspection are shown in Table 1.
6 Results judgment and processing
6.1 Judgment of results
When all the inspection items of the sample are qualified, the inspection lot is qualified, and if there is one unqualified, the inspection lot is deemed unqualified.
6.2 Disposal of unqualified batches
Unqualified batches are not allowed to be sold or used.
