1 Scope

This standard specifies the foods daminozide residues by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry method. This standard applies to peanuts, rice, beans, parsley, apples, fish, chicken, tea, honey daminozide residues determination.

2 Method summary

Sample of daminozide residue was extracted with water, by steam distillation, salicylaldehyde derivatized silica solid phase extraction (SPE) with gas chromatography Spectrum - mass spectrometer measurement, external standard.

3 Reagents and materials

Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade, water re-distilled water. 3.1 hexane. chromatographically pure. 3.2 sodium hydroxide. 3.3 sodium chloride. 3.4 glacial acetic acid. 3.5 salicylaldehyde. 3.6 ethyl acetate. chromatography. 3.7 ethyl acetate - n-hexane. ethyl acetate + n-hexane (97 + 3, volume ratio). Acetic acid 3.8. 10% (by volume). Pipette 10mL of glacial acetic acid was added 90mL of water, mix thoroughly. 3.9 Sodium hydroxide solution. 50% (mass concentration). Weigh 500g of sodium hydroxide is gradually dissolved in 1L of water, cooled and mixed thoroughly. 3.10 1,1-dimethylhydrazine standards (1,1-dimethylhydrazine, C2H8N2, CAS. 57-14-7). 98% or greater purity. 3.11 1,1-dimethyl-hydrazine stock solution. Accurately weigh an appropriate amount of 1,1-dimethyl-hydrazine standard 0.1g (accurate to 0.1mg), was added To be filled with 2mL of acetic acid solution (3.8) in a small beaker and transferred to a 1L brown volumetric flask with water, dubbed the concentration of 100μg/mL standard Quasi stock solution. Required standard stock solution is diluted with water to the appropriate concentration of the working standard solution. Stock solution in the dark at 4 ℃ Storage.
