3 Method summary

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade water as a water line with GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 acetonitrile. chromatography.
4.2 phosphoric acid (85.0%).
4.3 phosphoric acid aqueous solution (pH2.5). 10% water adjusted with phosphoric acid pH = 2.5.
4.4 n-propanol.
4.5 neutral alumina. gel using 100 mesh to 200 mesh, 300 ℃ burning 4h, the dryer use.
4.6 rafoxanide standards (Rafoxanide, C19H11Cl2I2NO3, CAS. 22662-39-1). purity ≥98.5%.
4.7 rafoxanide standard stock solution. accurately weighed 0.005g rafoxanide standards, dissolved with a small amount of acetone to volume with acetonitrile
10mL, the concentration of 0.5mg/mL, 1 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ preservation, valid for two months.
4.8 standard solution. phase diluted to the appropriate concentration of standard working solution flow according to need.
