5 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
5.1 formic acid. HPLC grade.
5.2 Methanol. HPLC grade.
5.3 acetonitrile.
5.4 dichloromethane.
5.5 neutral alumina. 80 mesh to 120 mesh.
5.6 10% methanol solution of formic acid. volume of 10mL formic acid was added 90mL of methanol mix.
5.7 20% aqueous solution of diethylene glycol.200mL amount of diethylene glycol was added 800mL of water and mix.
5.8 sodium acetate buffer solution (0.1mol/L, pH = 4.5). Weigh 8.2g of anhydrous sodium acetate were dissolved in 1000mL of water, adjusted glacial acetic acid
