1 Scope
This standard specifies the atrazine residue in food by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry method.

Rice, licorice, chili sauce atrazine measured fluid residues and confirmation.
2 Method summary
Sample water - acetone extract homogeneous, methylene chloride liquid - liquid partition, gel chromatography purification, and then by activated carbon and Florisil solid phase
Column purification, eluent was concentrated and dissolved constant volume, gas chromatography - mass spectrometry detection, external standard.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade, double distilled water.
3.1 acetone. residual level.
3.2 dichloromethane. residual level.
3.3 Cyclohexane. Residual level.
3.4 ethyl acetate. residual level.
3.5 hexane. Residual level.
3.6 sodium chloride.
3.7 anhydrous sodium. 650 ℃ burning 4h, stored in a sealed container in the back.
3.8 aqueous sodium chloride solution. 20g/L, weighed sodium chloride 20g, dissolved in water and diluted to 1000mL.
3.9 standard atrazine (Atrazine, C8H14ClN5, CASN o.1912-24-9). purity greater than or equal to 98%.
3.10 atrazine standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of atrazine standards, formulated with acetone to a concentration of 100μg/mL standard
Stock solution. The solution was stored at 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ refrigerator.
3.11 herbicides atrazine standard working solution. acetone diluted to concentrations applicable standard working solution needed then. The solution at 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃

3.12 Florisil SPE column. Florisil, 500mg, 6mL, or equivalent person.
3.13 graphitized carbon SPE. ENVI-Carb, 250mg, 6mL, or equivalent person.
3.14 over anhydrous sodium Column. 7.5cm × 1.5cm (internal diameter) glass column, 5cm high contents over anhydrous sodium sulfate.
