1 Scope
This standard specifies the foods bifenthrin residues by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry detection and confirmation methods.

2 Method summary
The samples were mixed solvent of n-hexane and acetone extract by gel permeation chromatography column (fat, pigments and other impurities in the sample) and Florey
Silica solid phase extraction (SPE) and gas chromatography - mass spectrometry, external standard.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise stated, the use of organic reagents were HPLC grade water as distilled water.
3.1 ether.
3.2 n-hexane.
3.3 acetone.
3.4 cyclohexane.
3.5 ethyl acetate.
3.6 Sodium chloride. AR, 650 ℃ burning 4h, cooled in a desiccator to room temperature and stored in a sealed bottle aside.
3.7 anhydrous sodium sulfate. AR, 650 ℃ burning 4h, cooled in a desiccator to room temperature and stored in a sealed bottle aside.
3.8 bifenthrin (Bifenthrin, C23H22ClF3O2, CA. 82657-04-3) standard substance. purity of greater than 99%.
3.9 bifenthrin standard solution. Accurately weigh an adequate amount of bifenthrin standard substance, dubbed the concentration of n-hexane was 100μg/mL standard
Stock solution. Needed with n-hexane diluted to the appropriate concentration of the working standard solution.
NOTE. The standard stock solution at 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ refrigerator to save, valid for 12 months, working standard solution stored at 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ refrigerator for a period of six months.
3.10 gel purification column. 400mm × 25mm (inner diameter); Packing. Bio-Beads, S-X3,38μm ~ 75μm (need to do first before using the shower

3.11 Florisil SPE column. 6mL (1g) or equivalent person. Use Fill approximately 10mm high over anhydrous sodium sulfate layer within the first pillar, with
