1 Scope

2 Sample preparation and preservation
2.1 Preparation of the sample

3 Determination
3.1 Method summary
Determination of the basis of this method is a competitive enzyme immunoassay. Microtiter plates had been coated with antibodies are estrone, and estrone with hexane, diethylstilbestrol

Point, the absorbance value, estrone concentration is inversely proportional to pore solution measured using a microplate reader and the absorbance values of the calibration curve plotted by quantitative calculations.
3.2 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the use of chemical reagents were of analytical grade or higher level. Water re-distilled water.
3.2.1 stilbene immunoassay kit (see Appendix A).
3.2.2 tert-butyl methyl ether. chromatography.
3.2.3 chloroform.
3.2.4 6mol/L phosphate. lessons 58.8mL phosphoric acid is dissolved in water, and set the volume to 100mL.

3.2.7 Sodium acetate (CH3COONa · 3H2O).

3.2.12 formulated estrone standard solution. Accurately weigh an appropriate amount of hexane estrone and diethylstilbestrol standards, prepared in methanol
1mg/mL standard stock solution, store at 4 ℃ ~ 8 ℃ condition.
