1 Scope

GB 19489 General requirements for laboratory biosafety
3 Biosecurity

4 Equipment and Materials
4.1 Microscope. 10 × ~ 100 ×.
4.2 Thermometer. Range 1 ℃ ~ 55 ℃, sub-scale 0.1 ℃.
4.3 incubator. 36 ℃ ± 1 ℃.
4.4 straw. 1mL, 5mL and 10mL, sub-scale 0.1mL.
4.5 tube. 16mm × 160mm.
4.6 dish. diameter of 90mm.
4.7 "L" glass coating bar. Diameter 3mm ~ 4mm, 45mm ~ 55mm may be coated area.
4.8 inoculating loop. 3mm diameter.
4.9 Balance. Range 2kg, a sense of the amount of 0.1g.
4.10 sterilization of sample preparation equipment. sampling spoon, scissors, tweezers.
4.11 Sample dilution bottle. 250mL and 500mL.
