3 Method summary

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 acetonitrile. chromatography.
4.2 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.3 formic acid.
4.4 dimethyl sulfoxide.
4.5 0.1% formic acid solution. Pipette 1mL of formic acid to the water volume 1L.
4.6 formic acid and methanol, acetonitrile extract + (2 + 10 + 88, by volume).
4.7 + 0.1% formic acid in acetonitrile (7 + 3, volume ratio).
4.8 5% aqueous methanol. pipette 5mL of methanol to water volume 100mL, and mix.
