Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. Instead of the standard SN/T 1792-2006 "electrical insulating oil PCB content by gas chromatography." This standard compared with SN/T 1792-2006 The main changes are as follows. --- The content and sequence of the chapters have been rearranged; --- Remove the "Report", "Appendix D", "References." This standard is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee. This standard is mainly drafted by. People's Republic of China Ningbo Exit Inspection and Quarantine. The main drafters of this standard. bud Wu, Lin Zhenxing, Yuan Lifeng, according to Kim Jin, Shuxiong Fei, Xu Shanhao, good leaf frieze. This standard previously issued as follows. --- SN/T 1792-2006. Determination of PCBs in electrical insulating oil content Gas chromatography

1 Scope

This standard specifies the gas chromatographic methods for electrical insulating oil of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) content. This standard applies to the determination by a single Aroclor mixture Aroclors or contamination of PCBs in electrical insulating oil, but also for askarels electrical insulating oil mixture measurement of the PCB, but not for the determination of PCBs from other sources. Some of which contain halogen Hydrocarbons such electrical insulating oil may interfere with the determination of PCBs, and therefore in the absence of pretreatment can not be determined using this standard.

3 Method summary

Sample diluted with an appropriate solvent, the solution is pretreated to remove interfering substances, then take a small amount of sample through the column, electronic Capture detector (ECD) is detected. A known concentration of the sample under the peaks obtained and the same analysis of one or more conditions Peak Aroclors standard sample are compared to obtain quantitative results.

4 Reagents and materials

Unless otherwise stated, use only reagents of analytical grade and above. 4.1 solvent. n-hexane, n-heptane, or 2,2,4-trimethyl pentane (isooctane), chromatography. 4.2 Concentrated sulfuric acid. AR. 4.3 p, p'-DDE [1,1'- two - (4-chlorophenyl) - ethane]. used to establish the relative retention time. 4.4 insulating oil, fresh and unused and does not contain PCB. Note. Viscosity 40 ℃, more than the production of oil is about 10mm2/s of mineral insulating oil for this. 4.5 Standard. Aroclors1242,1254 1260 and analysis solution, see Appendix A. 4.6 Adsorbent. for adsorbing polar electrophilic impurities. Note. Florisil (60 mesh/100 mesh) is suitable adsorbent. Activated before use, the required amount into a glass container closure foil was heated at 130 ℃ overnight. Florisil heated to a slightly higher temperature can absorb some of the PCB, Aroclor activation effect can be used to test the solution. 4.7 PCBs standard stock solution (1mg/mL). accurately weighed Aroclor standards, with a solvent (4.1), dubbed the concentration of approximately 1mg/mL solution. 4.8 standard solution PCBs. Polychlorinated biphenyls standard stock solution (4.7) further standard working solution, Aroclor diluted The final solution volume and mass were recorded as (WS, g) and (VS, mL). Note. If the standard solution for the determination of mineral oil, electric insulating oil sample should be used to dissolve the mineral oil formulated liquor PCBs and multi-standard stock solution PCBs standard working solution, that is to take 10g ~ 20g insulating oil (4.4) was dissolved in 1L solvent (4.1), make sure the standard solution and diluted sample for analysis With the same solvent to oil ratio, and the ratio between the two should not be less than 50.1.
