1 Scope
This part of SN/T 1791 specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, sampling, inspection and quarantine of imported automotive automotive parts that can be used as raw materials.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this part of SN/T 1791.
3.1
A waste car product that has lost its function and has been compressed into an unrecoverable condition.
3.2
Other substances (including life left in scrap cars) that are mixed into imported scrap car parts during production, collection, packaging and transportation
Supplies, excluding the packaging of imported scrap car parts and other substances that need to be used during transportation).
