3 Entry quarantine
3.1 Isolation site license
Entry cattle should be quarantined in the isolation field. The construction of the isolation field shall comply with the requirements of SN/T 1491, the owner or his agent

3.2 Quarantine approval
The owner or his agent must apply to the AQSIQ for the Entry Animal and Plant Quarantine Permit (below) before the trade contract or agreement is signed (

3.3 Entry quarantine
3.3.1 Inspection
30 days before the entry of the breeding cattle, the owner or agent must submit the original of the "License" to the inspection and quarantine office of the entry port for inspection.
Before the cattle enter the country, the owner or his agent must report the specific time of entry of the cattle to the inspection and quarantine office at the entry port.
3.3.2 Isolation preparation
3.3.2.1 Isolated field
3.3.2.1.1 Disinfection. 10 days before the entry of the breeding cattle, the fumigation and disinfection unit approved and registered by the inspection and quarantine organ shall be in the inspection and quarantine institution.
The isolation field was disinfected three times under supervision, at intervals of 3 days.
3.3.2.1.2 Fumigation of forage feed. Forage feed must be from a non-epidemic area, and fumigation by the inspection and quarantine authority before registration
The poisoning unit shall use the fumigation of the drugs approved by the inspection and quarantine institution under the supervision of the inspection and quarantine institution.
3.3.2.1.3 Personnel examination and training. All the residents in the field shall be inspected by the inspection and quarantine authority at the 7th day before the entry of the breeding cattle.
