Foreword
This is Part 1 SN/T 1690 "new textile fiber component analysis" series of standards.
This section prepared in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
The partial replacement of SN/T 1690.1-2005 "new textile fiber component analysis - Part 1 soybean protein fiber."
This section compared with the SN/T 1690.1-2005, in addition to editorial changes, the major technical changes are as follows.
--- Modify the standard name, the standard name will be changed to "new textile fiber composition analysis methods - Part 1 soybean protein fiber
Determination of nitrate content dimension Law ";
--- Remove the content of soybean protein fiber and silk, wool or other animal fibers blended product of 3% sodium hydroxide analysis method
(See the 2005 version of Chapter 5);
--- Remove the soybean protein fiber and polyurethane fibers, polyacrylonitrile fibers, modacrylic fibers and fiber blends chlorine production
Content of the analytical dimethylformamide (DMF) method (see Chapter 6 of the 2005 edition);
--- Remove the soybean protein fiber and polyester fiber blends content analysis of 75% (mass fraction) sulfuric acid method (see 2005 edition
Chapter 7);
--- Remove the soybean protein fiber and cotton, ramie, linen blends content analysis of formic acid/zinc chloride method (Method 1) (see 2005
Version 8.1);
--- Remove the soybean protein fiber and cotton, ramie, linen blend content analysis of the product by 20% (mass fraction) of hydrochloric acid method (Method 2)
(See the 2005 version 8.2);
--- Remove the viscose fiber and soy protein content and high wet modulus fibers (modal fiber) blends of analysis of 20% (by mass
Score) hydrochloric acid method (see the 2005 edition, Chapter 9);
--- Increased soybean protein fiber and cotton, polyester, polyacrylonitrile fiber, modacrylic fiber, viscose fiber blended products
Determination of nitric acid method.
--- Removed in Appendices A and B.

Determination of nitric acid method
Warning. Use of this section shall be a person experiences regular laboratory work. This section does not point out all possible security asked
question. Users have the responsibility to take appropriate safety and health practices and to ensure compliance with the conditions relevant national regulations.
1 Scope
SN/T 1690 provisions of this part of the measuring method using nitric acid to remove non-fibrous material after the soybean protein fiber (polyvinyl alcohol
A two-component mixture composite) and cotton, polyester fibers, polyacrylonitrile fibers, modacrylic fiber, viscose fiber, soybean protein fiber complex
The method of dimensional content.
This section applies to substances unless fibers of soy protein fiber (with a polyvinyl compound) and cotton, polyester fibers, polyacrylonitrile
Determination of soybean protein fiber content of the mixture of fiber, modacrylic fiber, viscose fiber and other two components.
2 Normative references

Principle 3
With 2.3 (volume fraction) solution of nitric acid from the mixture of soybean protein fiber known dry mass of dissolved and removed, collect residual
Objects, cleaning, drying and weighing, calculating its share of the dry mass of the mixture with a percentage by mass after correction obtained by the difference of soybean protein fiber
Dimension percentage.
4 Reagents
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade. Water for the three water GB/T 6682 regulations.
Concentrated nitric acid 4.1. 20 ℃ density of 1.40g/mL.
Concentrated ammonia 4.2. 20 ℃ density 0.880g/mL.
4.3 2.3 (volume fraction) nitric acid solution. A 400mL of concentrated nitric acid (4.1) slowly added 600mL of distilled water, and mix well.
4.4 dilute nitric acid solution. A 10mL concentrated nitric acid (4.1) slowly added 900mL of distilled water, and mix well.
4.5 dilute ammonia solution. 100mL concentrated aqueous ammonia (4.2) diluted with distilled water to a total volume of 1L, and mix well.
