1 Scope

This standard specifies sampling, sample preparation and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay methods for tetrodotoxin test in import and export puffer fish. This standard applies to the detection of tetrodotoxin in fish, skin, liver and genitals of import and export puffer fish.

3 sampling

3.1 Inspection lot The puffer fish in the same sea area, the same origin, and the same farm shall be the inspection lot, and the goods of the same inspection lot shall have the same characteristics, such as Kind, packaging, marking, origin, specifications, etc. 3.2 Number of samples According to the quality and number of pieces of each inspection lot, the number of samples is determined according to Table 1.
