Method for testing lactic acid content in fruit juices for import and export
1 Scope
This standard specifies the sampling, sample preparation and gas chromatographic determination methods for lactic acid content in fruit juice.
This standard applies to the determination of lactic acid content in concentrated pineapple juice, apple juice, grape juice, citrus juice and mango juice.
2 sampling and sample preparation
2.1 Inspection lot
Do not exceed 1000 pieces (or 25t) for one inspection lot.
Goods in the same inspection lot should have the same characteristics, such as packaging, marking, origin, specifications and grades.
2.2 Number of samples
The number of samples is shown in Table 1.
Table 1
Batch/piece minimum sample/piece
1~10 1
11~50 5
51~250 10
251~1000 15
2.3 Sampling method
Randomly sample the number of samples according to 2.2 and open them one by one. Take at least 500g of each sample as the original sample, the total amount of the original sample is not
Get less than 2kg. After the seal, mark the mark and send it to the laboratory in time. Samples should be protected from contamination or during sampling and sample preparation operations
A change in the content occurs.
2.4 Sample preparation
The sample taken was thoroughly mixed, and about 1 kg of a representative sample was taken out and divided into two portions and placed in a clean container as a sample. seal,
And mark the mark.
2.5 Sample storage
The sample was stored at 4 ° C to 10 ° C in the dark.

3.1 Method summary
The lactic acid in the juice is derivatized with methanol-concentrated sulfuric acid, and after extraction with chloroform, the gas phase color with a hydrogen flame ionization detector is used.
Spectrometer determination, external standard method for quantification.
3.2 Reagents and materials
All reagents were of analytical grade and water was distilled water unless otherwise noted.
3.2.1 Concentrated sulfuric acid. excellent grade pure.
