SN/T 1414 "Importers battery safety test methods" is divided into four parts.
--- Part 1. General requirements;
--- Part 2. tin-nickel batteries, nickel metal hydride batteries;
--- Part 3. animal lithium ion battery;
--- Part 4. lead-acid batteries.

Compared with the SN/T 1414.3-2004, the main changes are as follows.

1 Scope
SN/T 1414 This section provides portable lithium ion battery safety testing requirements and corresponding test methods.
This section applies to safety testing of portable lithium-ion batteries.
This section does not apply to lithium batteries and lithium-ion battery detection.

--- Pressure. 86kPa ~ 106kPa.
