This standard replaces SN 0709-1997 "export of meat and meat products temephos residues in."
This standard compared with SN 0709-1997, the main technical changes are as follows.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the export of meat and meat products temephos residual gas chromatography - mass spectrometry.
This standard applies to the determination of export pork temephos residues.

Temephos residual sample with acetonitrile - methanol mixture (41 volume) and the extracts were extracted with chloroform, chloroform through
Concentrated to dryness and the residue was dissolved with n-hexane solution over florisil cartridge. Washed with n-hexane mixture (37, volume ratio) with ethyl acetate -

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 acetonitrile. pesticide grade.
4.2 methanol. pesticide grade.
4.3 chloroform. pesticide grade.
4.4 ethyl acetate. pesticide grade.
4.5 hexane. pesticide grade.
4.6 anhydrous sodium. 650 ℃ burning 4h, stored in a sealed container in cool reserve.
4.7 sodium sulfate solution. 5% aqueous solution.
4.8 Florisil Column. 4g.
4.9 pairs of parathion standard substance. purity ≥98.0%.
4.10 pairs of parathion standard solution. Accurately weigh an adequate amount of temephos standard, with a small amount of benzene dissolved and then formulated into a concentration of n-hexane
Standard stock solution 2.0mg/mL, and stored in the refrigerator. If necessary, n-hexane and then diluted to the appropriate concentration of the standard working solution.
