Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces SN 0174-1992 "export food enterocolitis Yersinia test methods."
This standard compared with SN 0174-1992, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Expand the scope of the export of frozen and fresh pork, pork tongue, chicken, shrimp and shrimp to food;
--- Sample enrichment culture method. Buffer culture by the modified phosphate, potassium hydroxide, modified yeast extract - rose bengal broth culture
To raise Peptone - sorbitol and bile broth chlorophenol - ticarcillin - potassium chlorate were cultured broth;
--- Isolation and culture. culture medium used by the Tween containing bismuth sulfite agar and MacConkey agar -80 to cefsulodin -
Chlorophenol - novobiocin agar and Salmonella - Shigella agar (deoxy bile salts containing sodium chloride);
--- Identification. biochemical tests to identify bacteria Yersinia enterocolitica increased indole, oxidase, trehalose, xylose and Tween esterase
Test, in addition to sorbitol, L- arabinose test;
--- Increasing the biochemical differences between Yersinia bacteria and other bacteria found in Appendix B, C, D, and Yersinia enterocolitica bio
Type, pathogenic Yersinia bacteria biochemical detection methods.
This standard is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee.
This standard was drafted. Tianjin People's Republic of China Exit Inspection and Quarantine.
