1 Scope
This standard specifies the imported and exported food Vibrio parahaemolyticus qualitative detection methods and the best approximation (MPN) counting method.
This standard applies to foods Vibrio parahaemolyticus inspection, animal feed and other food production and processing sub-regional environmental samples

3 Sampling and sample preparation
3.1 Sampling
The number of samples and sampling methods carried out by the SN 0330.
3.2 Sample Preparation
3.2.1 Fish

3.3 samples were thawed and save
Frozen samples should be below 45 ℃ not more than 15min or 2 ℃ ~ 5 ℃ not more than 18h thaw. If not timely inspection, should be placed
At about -15 ℃ stored in the test within 48h; not frozen and perishable samples should be as timely inspection, if not timely inspection, should be placed
6 ℃ ~ 10 ℃ refrigerator for inspection within 24h.
4 Equipment and Materials
4.1 tube. 15mm × 150mm, 10mm × 100mm.
4.2 straw. 1mL, 10mL.
4.3 dish. diameter of 90mm.
4.4 homogenizer. 8000r/min ~ 10000r/min.
4.5 thermostat. 36 ℃ ± 1 ℃.
4.6 constant temperature water bath. 42 ℃ ± 1 ℃.
