Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces SN 0122-1992 "export of meat and meat products Carbaryl residues in."
This standard compared with SN 0122-1992, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Sample purification method using automatic gel permeation chromatography purification process to replace the original liquid-liquid distribution method;
--- Determination of post-column derivatization HPLC - fluorescence detection.
This standard is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee.
This standard was drafted. Tianjin People's Republic of China Exit Inspection and Quarantine.

3.1 Meat
All samples will be taken fully minced mix, take a representative sample, the total amount of not less than 500g, loaded into a clean container, sealed and labeled
Ming mark.
3.2 Canned
All samples will be taken from the whole pot poured full minced mix, take a representative sample, the total amount of not less than 500g, in a clean container tightly
And labeled and sealed.
4 Save the sample
Specimens shall be stored at -18 ℃ below. In the sampling and sample preparation operation, should prevent sample contamination or affected by changes to its content, in order to
Ensure that test samples representative of the overall sample.
