1 Scope
This standard specifies the import and export of food of animal origin 9 organophosphorus pesticide residues (dichlorvos, diazinon, Hypoderma phosphorus, fenitrothion, MA
Pull parathion, chlorpyrifos, fenthion, parathion, parathion B) by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry method.
This standard applies to the determination of steamed pork, canned pork, chicken, beef, fish organophosphorus pesticide residues and confirmation.

3 Method summary
Sample water - acetone extract homogeneous, methylene chloride liquid - liquid partition, gel column purification, and then by GCB SPE
Purification, gas chromatography - mass spectrometry, external standard.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 acetone. residual level.
4.2 dichloromethane. residual level.
4.3 Cyclohexane. Residual level.
4.4 ethyl acetate. residual level.
4.5 hexane. Residual level.
4.6 sodium chloride.
4.7 anhydrous sodium. 650 ℃ burning 4h, store in a sealed container in the back.
4.8 aqueous sodium chloride solution (5%). Weigh 5.0g of sodium chloride dissolved in water, and dilute to 100mL.
4.9 ethyl acetate - n-hexane (11 volume). amount of 100mL and 100mL of ethyl acetate-hexane, and mix.
4.10 cyclohexane - ethyl acetate. (11 volume). amount of 100mL and 100mL cyclohexane, n-hexane, and mix.
4.11 10 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide standards. purity of ≥95%.
4.12 standard stock solution. namely, accurately weighed amount of each pesticide standards (see Appendix A), were prepared with acetone to a concentration of
100μg/mL ~ 1000μg/mL of the standard stock solution.
4.13 mixed standard working solution. stepwise diluted concentrations applicable series of mixed standard working solution as needed and then with acetone.
4.14 fluoro Rory silica SPE column. Florisil, 500mg, 6mL, or equivalent person.
4.15 GCB SPE. ENVI-Carb, 250mg, 6mL, or rather who, prior to use 6mL ethyl acetate - n-hexane
