3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Hours service hourlyhomemakingservice
According to the requirements of the domestic service contract, the housekeeping service is based on the hourly billing unit.
3.2
Hours waiter hourlyhomemakingserviceattendant
A domestic helper who calculates labor remuneration and provides services on an hourly basis.
4 Service organization and personnel requirements
4.1 Service organization
4.1.1 Qualifications required by 4.1 of SB/T 10643-2011 shall be available.
4.1.2 There should be a relatively fixed office space.
4.1.3 The professional ethics of hourly waiters should be strengthened.
4.1.4 The dynamic management of hourly waiters should be strengthened, including qualification and qualification review, job change management, and job assessment.
4.1.5 The hourly waiter should be continuously trained to master the service skills of the hourly service.
4.1.6 Reasonable arrangements should be made to coordinate hourly service hours and improve hourly service efficiency.
4.1.7 File management shall comply with the requirements of 4.3.1 of SB/T 10643-2011.
4.1.8 Contract management shall comply with the requirements of 5.4 of GB/T 20647.8-2006.
4.2 Service staff
4.2.1 The waiter should have a health certificate, no history of mental illness and infectious diseases.
