Regulations for the circulation of tubers
1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements for commodity quality, commodity grade, packaging, labeling and circulation process requirements for tubers.
This standard applies to the circulation of tuber vegetables such as potato, ginger and lotus root. The circulation of other tubers can be referred to.

3 Basic requirements for product quality
3.1 has the inherent color and shape of the product.
3.2 Complete shape, normal block shape, no obvious mechanical injury and epidermal damage, no rot, pests, germination, cold damage and odor.
3.3 The limit of pollutants and the maximum residue limit of pesticides shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 2762 and GB 2763.
4 product grade
Tuber vegetables are divided into first, second and third grades according to freshness, integrity and evenness. The indicators of each grade should meet the requirements of Table 1.
