1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements for the quality of goods, berry grade, packaging, labeling and circulation process requirements for berry fruits.
This standard applies to the circulation of grape, strawberry, kiwi, dragon fruit, blueberry, fig, carambola, alfalfa and other berry fruits, other berries

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Berry berry
A soft, juicy fleshy fruit developed from an ovary or in combination with other flower organs.
4 Basic requirements for product quality
4.1 The maturity of the berry fruit as a commodity is achieved, and the inherent color, shape and size of the product are available.
4.2 The fruit surface is clean, the fruit is intact, no rot, pests, disease spots and obvious mechanical injuries.
4.3 When the fruit stalk is used, the length of the fruit stalk after cutting is not more than the fruit shoulder, and the cutting is smooth and non-polluting.
4.4 The limit of pollutants and the maximum residue limit of pesticides shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 2762 and GB 2763.
5 product grade
Berry fruit is divided into first, second and third grades according to maturity, freshness, integrity and evenness. The indicators of each grade should meet the requirements of Table 1.
