1 Scope
This standard stipulates the qualifications and conditions of the pledge supervision enterprise, the quality of supervision, the behaviors that should not be engaged, and the evaluation indicators.
This standard applies to the evaluation and management of companies engaged in pledge supervision business.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 18354-2006 and SB/T 10978-2013 apply to this document.
4 Qualifications and conditions for pledge supervision enterprises
4.1 The pledge supervision enterprise shall be an enterprise legal person registered with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, or it may be the enterprise legal person undertaking the guarantee responsibility.
Unincorporated business.
4.2 Engaged in storage and storage or related logistics business for more than 3 years (inclusive).
