1 Scope
This standard stipulates the basic requirements of commodity quality, commodity grade, packaging, labeling and circulation process requirements for the consumption of fresh zucchini.
This standard applies to the operation and management of fresh food zucchini circulation.

3 Terms and definitions

The product of zucchini is mature and suitable for consumption.
4 Basic requirements for product quality
4.1 It has the inherent color and shape of this variety.
4.2 The body is complete, clean, neat and tidy (the length of the stalk is ≤3cm), no obvious mechanical damage, no cavity, deformity, no chilling, pests and diseases
Rotten, no smell.
4.3 The limit of pollutants and the maximum residue limit of pesticides shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 2762 and GB 2763.

The quality of the product is in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4, the same variety of zucchini according to freshness, maturity, integrity and evenness
