1 Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the quality of edible fungi, commodity grade, packaging, labeling and circulation process requirements. This standard applies to the circulation of edible mushrooms such as mushrooms, Agaricus bisporus, Pleurotus ostreatus, and Flammulina velutipes.
