1 Scope
This standard stipulates the basic requirements for the quality of goods circulated in eggplant, commodity grade, packaging, labeling and circulation process requirements.
This standard is applicable to the management and management of the circulation of fresh round eggplant and long eggplant (sticky shape). Other types of eggplant circulation can be implemented by reference.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Maturity degreeofmaturity
Eggplants are mature and suitable for consumption.
3.2
Mark mark
The epidermis of the solanaceous fruit that is affected by pests or other harmful parts gradually loses water and shrinks, presenting scars of different shapes.
4 Basic requirements for product quality
4.1 It has the inherent color and shape of this variety.
4.2 The fruit is intact, clean, no wilting, no obvious mechanical damage and scars, no rot, pests and chills, no odor.
4.3 The limit of pollutants and the maximum residue limit of pesticides shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 2762 and GB 2763.
5 product grade
Under the premise of complying with the provisions of Chapter 4, the same variety of round and long eggplants are divided into one according to freshness, maturity and evenness.
Grades, 2nd and 3rd grades, round eggplant grade indicators should meet the requirements of Table 1, and long eggplant grade indicators should meet the requirements of Table 2.
