The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

4 Technical requirements
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1 Double-action dough mixers shall comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.
4.1.2 The parts and components used in the double-action dough mixer should be inspected and qualified. The purchased parts should have the certificate of conformity. If necessary, the inspection department should go to the factory for inspection.
It can be assembled after passing the test.
4.1.3 Under the intended use conditions, the surface and coating of the main parts and materials should be durable, washable, disinfected if necessary, without cracks, and resistant to opening.
Crack, crack resistance, peeling resistance, abrasion resistance and resistance to dirt infiltration.
