1 Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, instructions for use of box gas food ovens.
Packaging, transportation and storage.
This standard is applicable to commercial box (layered) gas foods with gas as energy source and rated heat load of single oven not less than 5.9kW.
