1 Scope
This standard stipulates the requirements for the marketing and procurement management requirements of down jackets, the acceptance management requirements for goods, and the technical requirements for the acceptance of goods.
This standard is applicable to the acceptance inspection management of down apparel products by commercial and trading enterprises.

3 Marketing Purchasing Management Requirements
3.1 Marketing enterprises shall sign the contract documents for the purchase of down jackets as stipulated by laws and regulations, and stipulate the quality of their purchase and sales contracts.
3.1.1 should include content
---Quantity offer. The small-supply enterprise's weekly supply capacity for single-type down apparel products should reach 50 to 100 pieces, medium-sized supply enterprises
The weekly supply capacity of the single-type down jacket products should be 2 to 5 times of the weekly supply capacity of small-supply enterprises.
The annual supply capacity of a single-type down jacket product of a type supplier should be no less than 10 times.
Ability to ensure and maintain the ability to supply down apparel products.
