1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic type and main technical parameters of the cutting machine.
This standard applies to all kinds of vegetable cutting machines for processing vegetables.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
A machine that cuts vegetables into shapes and sizes using the movement of the cutter.
3.2
A machine for cutting vegetables.
3.2.1
A cutting machine with a tool rotating shaft mounted coaxially with the axis of the fixed charging cylinder.
3.2.2
A cutting machine with a tool rotation axis mounted perpendicular to the axis of the rotary charging bowl.
3.3
