SB/T 10539 "Technical Specifications for the Operation of Pawn Production" is divided into two parts.

1 Scope
This part of SB/T 10539 specifies the basic requirements and basic procedures for motor vehicle pawn business.
This standard applies to pawn enterprises that are legally operated within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

3 Terms and definitions
