Foreword
SB/T 10539 "Technical Specifications for the Operation of Pawn Production" is divided into two parts.
--- Part 1. Precious metals, jewellery and jade and clockwork pawns;
--- Part 2. Motor vehicle pawn.
This part is the first part of SB/T 10539.
Appendix A of this section is an informative annex.

1 Scope
This part of SB/T 10539 specifies the venues for pawnshops to carry out precious metal jewelry, jewellery and jade jewelry and watch pawn business.
Facilities, basic operational procedures and personnel quality.
This section applies to pawn companies.

3 Service venues and facilities
3.1 Service venue
3.1.1 Pawn shops should have a fixed place of business.
3.1.2 The building construction and operation facilities of the business premises shall comply with the relevant national safety standards and fire management regulations.
3.1.3 The business place should be compatible with the scale of operation. The writing of the company name and font size plaque should be standardized and conspicuous.
3.1.4 The layout of the business hall should be reasonable, beautiful and comfortable.
3.1.5 Brand chain operation should use unified logo, unified corporate image recognition system and unified decoration.
3.2 Service facilities and equipment
3.2.1 The business hall should be well ventilated.
3.2.2 The business hall is spacious and has a bench for rest when the waiting room is waiting for service.
3.2.3 The business hall shall be equipped with security equipment such as video recording and alarm, and the person in charge shall be responsible for management.
3.2.4 The business hall shall be equipped with necessary measuring equipment and testing equipment. Special person is responsible for the daily maintenance of the equipment, to ensure the metering and inspection of the equipment
