3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Commercial street refers to the comprehensive, professional and social needs of people's business, according to the number of commercial and service facilities.
It consists of a strip-shaped street building structure with a network of radiation, a unified management and a certain size of regional commercial clusters.

4.1.1 Site selection requirements
