1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of commercial electric water boilers, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging,
Transportation and storage.
This standard applies to commercial electric water heaters (hereinafter referred to as water heaters) that are not intended for domestic use. For connecting a phase line and a neutral line
For single-phase appliances, the rated voltage does not exceed 250V, and other appliances do not exceed 480V.
The use of other forms of energy, if applicable, is also within the scope of this standard.
The safety performance of the water heater covered by this standard shall comply with GB 4706.1 "Safety of Household and Similar Electrical Appliances Part 1.
General Requirements, GB 4706.36 "Special requirements for safe commercial electric water heaters and liquid heaters for household and similar electrical appliances".
This standard does not apply to.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
The water supply switch can be continuously supplied as soon as the water discharge switch is turned on.
3.2
An appliance that can store boiling water when the drain switch is closed.
3.2.1
The boiling water is separated by the principle of pressure or density change when the water boils, and is stored in the source water (unboiled tap water).
