1 Scope
This standard specifies the evaluation methods, evaluation indicators, evaluation procedures and evaluation criteria for after-sales service.
This standard applies to the evaluation of the after-sales service level of production enterprises and sales service enterprises in the People's Republic of China.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
2.1
The tangible products produced or sold by the enterprise meet the relevant standards and laws and regulations, and the quality is allowed in the territory of the People's Republic of China.

Enterprise products that have entered the market circulation.

Have their own products and established a production system for the sales system.
2.4
A commercial enterprise that does not produce products by itself and only sells other enterprise products.

3 Evaluation methods
3.1 The basis for the evaluation of after-sales service is the implementation of the evaluation indicators specified in this standard during the after-sales service.
3.2 The evaluation index of the after-sales service level of production enterprises shall be implemented in Appendix A.
3.3 The evaluation indicators of the after-sales service level of sales service-oriented enterprises shall be implemented in accordance with Appendix B.
3.4 For the above two types of enterprises, the evaluation of the after-sales service level shall be carried out in accordance with the evaluation methods and evaluation procedures stipulated in this standard.
4 Evaluation methods
4.1 In the implementation of after-sales service evaluation, the scoring system is used to evaluate the level of after-sales service of the enterprise, and the enterprise is evaluated according to the score.

4.2 When implementing the after-sales service evaluation, design the enterprise questionnaire according to the appendix of this standard.
