Foreword
This standard is a revision of SB 10104-2001 "Inflatable Candy".
This standard replaces SB 10104-2001 "Inflatable Candy".
Compared with SB 10104-2001 "Inflatable Candy", this standard is mainly revised as follows.
--- Changed some mandatory industry standards from SB 10104-2001 to recommended industry standards;
--- "Highly inflatable candy" "elastic", "brittle type" were changed to "glue type", "sand type", and added "coating, coating throwing
"Light type", "sandwich type" and "other type", "medium inflatable type" and "low-inflated type" candy, all add "coating, coating polishing"

--- Loss on drying (g/100g). "moderately inflated" and "lowly inflated" are changed from 5.0 to 9.0 to ≤ 9.0;
---Reducing sugar (g/100g ≥ in terms of glucose). The "colloidal type" and "sand type" of "moderately inflated type" were changed from 12.0 to 10.0.
The "low-inflated" type was changed to 10.0 (colloidal type) and 8.0 (sand type) respectively;
--- Fat (g/100g). "Moderately inflated" and "lowly inflated" changed from ≥3.0 to ≥1.5.
