This standard is a revision of SB 10022-2001 "Toffee Candy".
This standard replaces SB 10022-2001 "Toffee Candy".
Compared with SB 10022-2001 "Toffee Candy", this standard is mainly revised as follows.
--- A single column was proposed in the low-level inflatable category of SB 10104-2001 "Inflatable Candy" and changed from some mandatory industry standards to recommended
Sexual industry standards;
--- Determine the definition of toffee candy;
--- Added "hard type", "sandwich type", "coating, coating polishing type" and "other type";
--- Loss on drying (g/100g). "hard type" changed from 5.0 to 9.0 to ≤ 5.0, "colloidal type", "sand type" changed to ≤ 9.0;
---Reducing sugar (g/100g in terms of glucose). "hard type" is 12.0 to 29.0;
--- Fat (g/100g). changed from ≥3.0 to ≥5.0;
--- Increase protein (g/100g) index requirements. "colloidal type", "sand type" > 2.0;
--- Cleared the method of detecting loss of weight, reducing sugar, fat and protein.
